Ganga Aarti Daily evening Puja Ceremony (Prayer to Mother Ganga
everyday in the evening)

An evening Aarti takes place every single day of the year and this takes place on the bank of Ganga every day in the evenings. The puja ceremony is the ritual to pay your respect to mother Ganga and it is attended by hundreds of people everyday. A big butter lamp is lit and the priest holds it and rotates it towards the river while the devotees and other priests sing the holy prayer.
